Help us to increase the number of dance-based projects in refugee shelters for unaccompanied minor refugees. We aim to discuss and develop methodologies to address the plurality in such sensitive contexts through interdisciplinary and creative dance projects.
Guided Tour Athens 2019
This project was carried out in three shelters for unaccompanied refugees from 6 to 18 years old. These shelters are managed by an NGO called The Home Project in Athens. They were selected through a complex and layered web of negotiations involving academic researchers, a professional multimedia team and the staff of The Home Project.
The project was divided into two main moments; The Dance Workshop and The Guided Tour.
Guided Tour Athens 2021
Currently we are committed to co-creating the Guided Tour 2021. This interdisciplinary project will bring together dance researchers, social workers, artists and unaccompanied refugee minors.
